I was in need of a four-point inspection for new homeowners’ insurance after my father passed away. My home is a secondary residence, so I was able to give him access without having to be there. He provided a thorough report and even sent me the drone footage his team shot for my records. There were some repairs I needed to make and Mitch, the owner of Lira Home Inspections, said he would be willing to come back to do a re-inspection for me if needed. I needed a mold inspection done quickly for my Client as we were in Contract. Mitch explained how the test worked and the lab's process. He completed the inspection and drove the report to the lab on a rush. Everything was completed including the report on my hands within a few days. This process can normally take a week.
